due date for LLP
please let me know the important dates for LLP like annual filling date and other dates with reference where it has been mentioned in Act/rule/notification etc.

you need to file FORM-8 Statement of account and solvency on 30 October every year and FORM -11 Annual return within 60 days of closure of its financial year
thanks but can u give reference of notifn or rule contaning that provision?
