Due date for individual it return for ay 2014-15 & 2015-16

Sir,

1) What is the Due Date for Individual IT Return for AY 2014-15 & 2015-16 ?

2 ) I am not filed my individual for AY 2014-15. But my total gross income is below Rs.2,50,000/- only.

Any penalty is charged for late filing ?

3) Any Free software is available for E-filing my self ?

Plz Help Me.

For AY 2014-15, Due date was 31.07.2014. You can however fie a belated return u/s 139(4). No interest would be applicable as your Taxable income was NIL.

For AY 2015-16, due date is extended to 31-08-2015.
