What is the due date for filing form 10IC for F.Y 19-20. Is it before the filing of ITR or else any due date was prescribed

Last date for filing form 10 IC for FY 19-20 was
31st October 2020 i.e, on or before the due date
31st October 2020 i.e, on or before the due date
But the date for ITR was extended, so won't it change the due for 10IC also?
No extension till now
