The due date for filing Returns for Individuals and Tax Payers of Uttarakhand is Extended till October 2013
but situation remains the same for Tax payers in Rest of India ie., 31st July 2013 for FY 2012-2013.....

Does it mean that PAN holders having addresses in Uttarakhand recorded in Department database will be benefitted. ? What about X who actually resides in Mumbai or Bangalore but having address at Uttarakhand. Who cares in this era of efiling ? !!
