CAN THEY SUBSCRIBE FOR MEMORANDUM & ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION & ALSO BECOME DIRECTORS OF A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY? IF YES, ARE THERE ANY PERMISSIONS TO BE ACQUIRED OR PROVISIONS TO BE COMPLIED WITH AS PER SEBI, RBI, FEMA ETC.? PLEASE CLARIFY.

Deviya,There is no need to take any permission to subscribe as well as to be a director in the company.Take the visa copy if they are signing here in India otherwise if the incorporation documnts are signed at US then you have to get the incorporation documents duly notorized and counsalrized.
