can any one tell me how DTL can be created On excise duty on closing stock.

DTL should be created at the multiplying the expected selling price with the rate of Excise Duty on the product (The total Amount of goods taken out from the Prod. Dept) by passing the following journal entry..
Profit and Loss A/c ------------------Dr.
To DTL
(Being DTL Created for Excise Duty)
