The new DTC is applicable from A.Y. 2012-13 and that too subject to it being passed by parliament in this winter session...so in my view their is no such possiblility for it to become applicable for Nov.10 exams...............
Not applicable. it comes into effect from April 2011 only................it will be applicable from Nov.2011 exams!
