Can anybody update me on the current status of DTAA between India and Hong Kong
Also pls let me know the TDS rates on FTS (Fees for technical services)

Basically DTA Agreement between india and hong kong does not exist. Therefore provision of income tax act comes into picture.
So deduct TDS as per sec 195.
