Friends,

Please tell me where I can find the DTAA's with various countries. Specifically I want to verify the DTAA with USA... Please do tell me urgently... Thanks in advance.....

Hi vivek, I did that... But I want a site where i can find bare text of DTAA... such as incometaxindia.com in case of bare act... I want such site..if anyone can tell me it would be very helpful..

If a person was a US resident at the time of draw of lottery in USA, however he is a resident of INDIA now.

the lottery is of 50000$ for the next 20 years. TDS is deducted in USA.

Whether there are any tax implications in INDIA as well as per DTAA between India and USA ?

Please provide notification copy of DTAA between India and Myanmar.Please also advise if an indian company (say "X") performs contractual work at Myanmar for only one year, do income tax implied by client from myanmar and if yes, then what is the benefit the X company can avail in India with the exception the X co. do not have any registered office at Myanmar except small project office.please advise.Its urgent
