Since this is very first attempt of new syllabus.. there is no PM given.. so every thing need to be studied from SM

Yes. If u read the ICAI notification regarding applicability of Study Material for May-2018 attempt, it clearly mentions that Questions of PM, Amendments, etc. have been incorporated in the study material itself.
