Is DT summary by vinod gupta, practice manual, rtp, amendments and case laws by Institute enough for CA final DT paper?

yes it's enough. Read properly and understand.
it would be enough if nothing is left out from that... you might be scoring more than somebody who study from a full fledged book.
Yes these are more than enough. Vinod Gupta summary module alone would be sufficient. It is one of the best recommended book for self study for Direct Tax.
It contains very simple language which is very easy to understand and summary of all topics for quick revision.
