please tell me whether finance act 2008 will be applicable in nov 08 final exams or not
also tell me notifications/ judgements upto what date must be prepared for the above exam

The Finance Act 2008 will only be applicable from may 2009 exam.
So far as notifications/circulars etc are concerned all amendments/introductions made at least 6 months before exam ie.30th April 2008 shall be applicable
finance act 2007 is applicable for nov 2008 exam
