I have downloaded Dsc Management Utility. When I am unzipping that file. 3 seperate folders are extracting. Dsc management utility is not extracting.
I have installed Java also. Still the same issue. plz help...

Please run "Jarfix". Its a free patch and does not even need to be downloaded. Simply by running the said command, you will see that the executable jar file starts appearing and it makes the DSC Utility Software usable.
Right click the zipfolder and give as open with excutable jar file.
