Quick Summary
Users are experiencing a 'Something went wrong' error when trying to select a provider to register their DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) in the new IT portal. The issue seems to stem from the Em-bridge signer utility not correctly recognising the DSC token. It is advised to check if the utility is activated and to file a grievance with a screenshot if the DSC is not detected. The discussion also briefly touches upon ITR form selection for income from other sources and speculative losses.

Have you downloaded 'Em-bridge" signer utility from the portal & activated it?

Sir, I have installed Em-bridge signer utility from the portal. Then in next page in the "Provider" option its displaying "Microsoft Windows Store", and then for "Certificate" Option no option is displayed from the drop down. How to fix it ? I have attached the screenshot of the same.

To Ms. Bariya... It seems your DSC is not recognized by the utility, file complaint under Grievances with the screenshot.

sir, I have ePass2003Auto token (applied DSC through emudhra). In Embridge utility its showing as EnterSafe ePass2003. Are both of them same ?

Yes, it has detected correctly.  It is same.

Thank you sir. I have submitted the issue under Grievance Tab with the attached screenshot.

Once follow DSC Registered Other guideline

Sure sir, I will go through it

Sir, there is income from other sources and Speculative loss. so the ITR Form is ITR 3. But what should I select in the” Nature of Business and Trade Name”
