Unfortunately this issue wasn't resolved. I even consulted an system expert who said it might be due to some certification issue of Windows. So I had to use a different system. The only solution is install different version of Windows or use a different system.

I am facing the same issue is emsigner. it gets stuck in on "initiating signing request", reinstalled the sotware & java also, still the same issue is coming from past 3-4 months, if anyone has any solution to this problem kindly reply
