Hello Namrata,

You have to contact the nearrest Certifying Authority from whom you have acquired the DSC.

They will tell you the Form to be filled for renewal and then you will have to handover the token to them and they will renew the same.

Agree with Mitali...Simply have a chat with Certifying Authority from whom you have acquired the DSC.
