What is the septs to create a Drop down list view in Excel. So that while entering repetavive data can be selected from that list as input.

S1. Enter the data in column wise at some place of the workbook.
S2. go to the cell where you want the drop down list and do the following
S3. In excel go to Data - validation - allow- list
S4. in source field select the data you have entered in S1.
Thats it you can do more validation by using this option

S1. In excel go to Data - validation - allow- list
S2. in source field, ENTER YOUR DATA(USE COMMA AS SEPARATER)
