Driver allowance as a part of ctc
Dear Experts,
We are already having many tax free components as a part of salary, say HRA, medical, conveyance, prof development, books, mobile etc, now to give more benefits i want to introduce driver allowance Rs. 900 Pm, it is exempted right??
Moreover is there any allowance which can be part of exempted allowance that can be still introduce to reduce salary

yes you can use meal allowane, uniform allownace, News paper allowance, Gift voucher etc. But within the limit
already have meal allowance, uniform allowance,
i have read conveyance and driver salary can not be claimed together, is it like so?
How to give gift voucher?
claim either driver salary or conveyance. Gift voucher can be given up to limit of Rs 5000 per person per year.
