No, Dress Code is perscribed only for Members.

No there is np dress code prescribe as yet. but ocasionally CA institute advising students and memebrs to wear professional dresses at work. Like men can wear coat, pant and woman can wear western formals, saari etc.

In convocation too institute has specifically adviced attandants to wear particuler dress code.
