Draft exemption notification laid before parliament on 14th

Respected Sir,

I have gone through the said notification. Section 117 read with Section 179(3) is proposed for exemption to private limited Company.

In view of the same, shall we ignore the filing of MGT-14 towards submisison of resolution required under Section 179(3) in private limited Company.
