Can any CA certify the dpt3 auditor certificate or only statutory auditor of that company should certify?

As audit is done by the companies Auditor, he has to certify the same and any other auditor will not even be able to certify it as he will not be able to give data without audit

The rules mentions the word Auditor. As per the definition of the Companies Act 2013, Auditors means Statutory Auditor only. So it should be signed by Statutory Auditor only.
