we had filed Dpt 4 in a private company in 2014 regarding otstanding loan from director.
but not filed Dpt 3
now Roc has issued notice for not filing dpt 3 what should we do.

no i did not get any reply but i discuss with sr cs they adviced me to send reply to roc
Any further response from RoC after that?? What is the penalty is this case...any idea?
i dont think so any penalty arise as i discussed with some of my professional friends let see
