DPIN for LLP

LLP 1261 views 2 replies

We are two partners who intend to form an LLP. One of us is a designated partner in another LLP, which was formed recently. My question is whether he or she can use his or her DPIN of existing LLP to form another LLP with me as another designated partner.

DPIN is the no. allotted to partner for his/her lifetime and is used as an identification no. which will remain same for all the LLPs (like DIN in case of directors in companies).

Hi,

A partner of LLP has provided DPIN and Form 7. But if I have to verify the correctness of the DPIN communicated to me how do I do that? Any option similar to the one available on MCS website wherein we can verify the same.
