Downloading error

I have a query regarding audit after filling 3cb 3cd and attached balance sheet and p/l the attached files are not downloading at my side as well as client side. so client is not accepting the audit. what can be the issues of it . how to fix this error.

Use different browser like Edge
I am doing even on different system like other PC and phone.but issue is as it is.
Contact CPC for help related to accessing website
M doing this from last 5 days calling and mailing nothing else. but unfortunately all in vain.can anybody out there who can help me on this issue.
No need to cpc. It will be easily downloaded.
Have you received confirmation of filing Audit report?
Means I have acknowledgement receipts and only balance sheet and p/l not getting download.

Yes at ca login acknowledgements is available and verified and accepted by client. and 3cb 3cd getting download but attached balance sheet and profit loss is not getting downloaded. and other one which is uploaded on portal not accepted by client bcz attachments are not getting downloaded.plz reply urgent
Go to clients IT portal and accept it from work list and it may be downloaded thereafter
No it's portal issue and they are working on it.
