Can i download the filled DIn 1 application from MCA site.

No, the Filed DIN can not be downloaded from the MCA webiste. As there is a DIN Cel which deal with DIN and DIN 3 etc, ROC has noting t do with DIN. So only the Forms filed with the concerned ROC can be downloaded from the MCA Prtal.
As Mr. Prashar gave a link which is in respect of finding/ downloading the DIN Application. This link is used to download the DIN application of such cases when the DIN used to be filed mannualy. After The time, DIN used to be uploaded online, you can not download any filled DIN.
