I am doing CS executive level. My doubt is whether there will be job security when we become a CS ,is there any guarantee in job . And I have heard that stress level of a Company secretary is much more than the salary they receive.Is this true?

Stress levels will be present in each and every job that you plan to do. Once in the starting, there may be stress but later after much experience, you will get job security as well. I think by making the CS degree equivalent to a PG Degree you shouldn't have much problem to get a job as well
