Doubts regarding first final attempt

Dear sir, I Have registered for articleship on 16/04/2015 for three years...later I have taken termination on 07/09/2015, again I have registered my articles on 02/10/2015,due to abnormal issues I have taken second termination on 04/02/2016,re registered for third time on 06/02/2016. I have doubts regarding my first attempt which I can attend for CA final exams as I have to join for coaching. Kindly suggest me in this issue and provide me details of my first final attempt.
