Doubts regarding first final attempt
Dear sir, I Have registered for articleship on 16/04/2015 for three years...later I have taken termination on 07/09/2015, again I have registered my articles on 02/10/2015,due to abnormal issues I have taken second termination on 04/02/2016,re registered for third time on 06/02/2016.
I have doubts regarding my first attempt which I can attend for CA final exams as I have to join for coaching.
Kindly suggest me in this issue and provide me details of my first final attempt.

You can appear for your final attempt in May 2018 exams. If you had not terminated your articles for around a month, you would have been eligible for Nov 2017 attempt.
It Means i am eligible for nov 2017 exam !! 😃

As per icai, for appearing in your final attempt you need to complete 2 1/2 years of articleship as on the 1st day of exams. i. e On Nov 1st. As per the information provided by you, your 2 1/2 years of articleship doesn't get completed before 1st nov 2017. Hence, you are not eligible for Nov 2017 exams.
As my friends told that...If termination Gap between old office and new office is within 1 month then my FINAL attempt wont postpone 😐 Is this true ?
