Doubts regarding din-1 filing for llp

Regarding formation of LLP, we need to file e-form DIN-1.  There are contradictory information regarding the attestation of supporting documents.  Following are my doubts/queries.  Experts please clarify.

1.  Instruction kit for latest DIN-1 form from LLP portal says, supporting documents can be attested by applicant, provided DIN-1 is digitally signed by CA/CWA etc.  FAQ for DIN-1 filing on LLP/MCA portal says supporting documents need to be attested by CA/CWA etc.  Which is correct?

2.  Does photograph need to be attested? If yes, then should it be self-attested by applicant or by CA/CWA etc.?

3.  Should all supporting documents be self-attested by applicant or by CA/CWA etc or both by applicant and CA/CWA etc.?

Varying information available on net, so quite confused.  Please clarify.  Thanks in advance for all help.

1. Identity & Address proof is to be self attested by applicant. It is to be scanned & attached to form Din-1. Form Din-1 is to be digitally signed by CA/CWA/CS.

2. Photograph need not be attested. It should be scanned & attached to form DIN-1.

3. There is a verification page to be signed by applicant & attached to form Din-1. No need of attestation of CA/CWA/CS.

Only Form DIN-1 is to be digitally signed by CA/CWA/CS. All proofs & supporting docs (except photo) to be signed by applicant.

Thanks Chitale ji.
