can any one help me by advising regarding the audit report of a private limited company that has been done by my auditor.i am having several doubts about his audit report.

Venkat, you need to specify your doubts clearly so that we can provide clarification. Without specifying the doubts, no clarity can be provided.
By the way, format of the audit report is governed by ICAI standards on auditing. Please refer SA 700-799 issued by ICAI in this regard. Auditor's responsibility to report is also governed by the Companies Act, 2013 and CARO 2016 (in your case, it will be CARO 2015 for the current FY).
