hi people,
i have a doubt relating to the IHP problem in income Tax paper of PCC Nov 2010. can u tell me the house which was utilised for self occupation for part the year and then left vacant because the assesee had to shift to a different location owing to Work reasons , self occupied or deemed to be let out?
it is treated as self occupied because if any self occupied propery is vacant by the assesse for the reson of employment and at the place of employmnet he does not own any other property
