Quick Summary
This discussion explores the tax implications of using a personal house property as an office for a business. The core question is whether this usage generates taxable income or if associated expenses can be deducted from business profits. The consensus is that while it might attract tax, eligible expenses related to the property's use as an office can likely be offset against business profits.

Yes it attracts taxable bcz... you are using your property as an office which means no income from that .. you can claim all your eligible expenses set off against profit....

but under what head though, would it be income from other sources
