Hi freinds,i have a doubt regarding articleship period.Actually i had taken transfer in jan 2008 and i received a letter from institute in which they wrote that you have taken 1 day excess leave with your previous employer.Now my articleship period ends on 26 April with current employer,so do i have to write completion date in form 108 as 27 April or 26 April?? 26th April is written on letter and also on student details in Institute website.Please reply...Thanks
You had excess leave with your previous employer for the period served under him. It can possible that a trainee takes lesser leaves in latter years and his excess leaves gets under the limit and does not have to serve any additional period.
You shall mention 26th April, as is the terms of agreement/ in your confirmation letter/ website.
