Are there amendmends in 3CD form and its annexures for AY 10-11, as FBt has been abolished I guess Annexure II must have been removed..?

Even It Name Not Removed From ITR
Thanks Mr Ayush Agarwal . Actually iam finalising a 44AB audit which is a partnership firm So should i disclose the amount of Fringe benefits in that annexure though i have'nt paid FBT for it or should i leave it blank.
