Doubt in MICS June 2009 Q. Paper

the anwers will be given in page no. 2 or 3 from the 16th chapter (Information technology act) of the study material given by the institute under the heading "Non-applicability of IT ACT".

But that is the documents for which act is not applicable (negotiable instruments, will, power of attorney etc). But the question is about the entities to which the IT act will not be applicable...?

I hd written the answer on the basis of information provided in the respective heading and able to score exemption. plz don't get confused.........

well even i was not able to write it properly...wrote it as just entities to whom negotiable instruments act applies.....god knows wat answers dey expected.....well a advice dont panic during exams..u will have to just apply whatever u have read in a tactful way....try to frame answers as per the question is framed..especially imp 4 mics....i did d same....scored 69.....bye n all the best..
