Q.12 of Practice Manual
What is the Procedure for REMOVAL of "First Auditor" ?
My doubt is that is "Prior Approval of Central Govt. " required for the above purpose

It is Q.12 of Law Practice Manual Ch.2 (Pg2.9)
but Anwer is not given in the Practice manual
I have replied u in ur another thread. Yes, prior approval of CG required for the removal of first auditor.
