Doubt in editing form 112

Guys i entered  an wrong  working  time with icai so my form 112 was sent back. Now on editing  i got asked to put 112 and supporting  document. I can only  genrate wrong working hour 112 only.  And what is this supporting  documents that they ask for.

If you're doing graduation with articleship then a letter from college certifying the college timings or else a letter from where you wish to do articleship that the time mentioned in 112 was incorrect and the correct timing.
