use black ball point pen and for past year papers you can visit Www.icai.org website and download from Students Portal.
nd can we use pencil to draw lines while praparing aaounts

for ca foundation nov 2019 attempt you must be register with icai on or before 30th june 2019.
but I don't have any online method of payments so from which Method I can pay
i think registration fees will be paid through net banking/ debit card.
