how to prepare for law and auditing papers and is it enough to studying book material??

yes institute study material and practice manual are enough.. have conceptual clarity and practice to write answers same as given in PM .. do refer RTP and mock test papers ...
Well, As per my experience, reading from ICAI books is very difficult. You should go for some reference books. PM and RTP are very good.
