example: assume you get the following marks
a/c 65
law 38
audit 33
you have exemption in a\c
now in next attempted you need 85* marks at least in total of audit and law subject to condition of at least 40 marks in each subject.

ok if I have got extra marks in first group which has been already passed can that be set off against the second group marks.
E.g First group (MAY 2009): 160
Secong Group (DEC 2009) 140
