Double the Stipend to article assistants

Classification of the normal place of
service of the articled assistants	Stipend payable per month to articled assistant


	During the first year of training	During the second year of training	During the remaining period of training


1. Cities/Towns having population of 20 lakhs and above	Rs.2000	Rs. 2500	3000


2. Cities/Towns having population of 4 lakhs and above but less than 20 lakhs	Rs. 1500	Rs. 2000	Rs. 2500


3. Cities/Towns having population of less than 4 lakhs	Rs. 1000	Rs. 1500	Rs. 2000

In the journal its written as PROPOSED RATES..

They are proposed to the Central Government and the approval is still awaited.

Yaar It was decided long 4 or 5 months ago.But approval is still pending.I think they does not care about students
