Double taxing
I have paid GST @ 12%, and also TDS has been deducted by the department while releasing the payment. so double taxing has occurred. kindly guide me, what to do.

Income Tax TDS have been deducted on taxable Amount i.e. Total Bill Amt minus GST Tax Amt
If in your case Deptt deducted TDS including GST than inform he that deptt. shall not deduct TDS on GST Amt
