i am sure that your doubt is with respect to 'stipend' and not 'stiphen'. As regards any expected increase in the amount of stipen, please don't go by the rumours. Wait for any official declaration by ICAI. And i personally feel that a student who is pursuing CA and is doing his articleship, never does it for the sake stipend. There are two objectives, the first one being that completing the articleship is a criteria for completing the course of chartered accountancy, and secondly to gain some practical exposure.

So dont wait for the stipends to increase. . keep going

but i read it in the B.S.

i too heard that it would be applicable from may2011................

Students are getting exploited in the name or articleship. They are taking 10 hours labour work from innocents in the name of studies. ICAI is playing this game and we are players. Believe me I am crying while reading this message that people are worried about 1000 Rs. a month. 

 What is the use of you useless people. You are behind 1000 Rs. a month..:

Increase in Stipend is just like a day dream for articles..... If we are working, we must get fair reward for the same. In present scenario I dont expect to increase stipend but I wish, Institute will not constrain the "limited facilities" also, that articles are having.

Mr. Rajesh A. Phir, first correct your spelling of STIPEND instead of STIPHEN and then think of doubling it in your dreams.....................................
