Double stipend????

Many months ago there is news regarding double stipend . there is also said that the same is approved by council and sent to government for another approval. But still no notification !!

So frds never expect double stipend . Institute never thinks about students, it always thinks about member.

If there is increase in fees then it will be done as soon as possible.

AM I RIght?????

Still ther is no such notification issued by the ICAI on the said subject so don believe on any rumours.

Its like australia loosing game in cricket......wher chances are very less.

in Sept 2010 edition of news letter our president mentioned the stipend will be doubled on the basis of increase in the inflation rate..but offcourse there is no date has been specified when it is going to be implemented..

Hey stipend will be going to double soon . . . . . . Just wait for petrol price when it Rs. 100 Stipend will doubles. . . . . . . Enjoy inflation. . . . , .

It is not rumour, many months ago presidents mentioned that stipend of the article is double having the consideration of inflation , and implemented after getting the approval of Central Government. But i dont know what CG is doing last 7months ,till not give approval,

All leader is busy in scam , no one care of student.

Its not a rumor, but maybe they are deliberately delaying it. Hope it get implemented soon

I dont understand why they require notification for increasing stipend when they do not pass any notification to increase the exam fees.

sorry friends...

but i think you all used to go office for stiphend...

not for the practical training...

u have to thank the ICAI for the money u recd. at the time of training...

as this is the only time when a student get to know in 3 yrs, how to perform well, how to earn money in rest of the life, etc. etc.

Even fees charged by the inst. is still very low as compared to other courses... and also providing stiphend for training served..

i think it makes CA COURSE free of COST

but???

the need is for double stiphend?????

I dont think that the Institute should interfere in student's stipend. They shouldn't mention the minimum stipend at all.. Beacause of this every firm just pays the minimum, which is coming from many years..
If the minimum limit was not described, today our stipend would have gone up automatically atleast to 5000Rs. Because everyone is not so lazy as our institute.. And atleast Rs.5000 is justified in comparison to how much we work.

every chartered accountant is paying very less to the article assistants as compared to the kind of work we are doing, i think there should be some compulsion to pay the amount as a percentage of their tournover to the article student's or compensate as per the market situation.
