Can we apply for Dormant status u/s 455 immediately after incorporating company for further project?

As per Section 455 of the Companies Act 2013, new companies registered under companies act 2013 after 1st April 2014 for the purpose of holding an asset or an intellectual property & has no significant accounting transaction can apply for obtaining a Dormant Status.
