i have made donations under 80G between april 2020 and july 2020 , can i claim that in the itr for fy 2019-2020?

No you cannot claim such deduction in fy 19-20 but you can claim it in fy 20-21
Not allowed as deduction !
But specific investment allowed as deduction on that period
Such as LIC , Mediclaim etc

Yes you can claim but you have to choose an option while filing ITR for assessment year 20 21 that you have made donation between April to July for claiming deduction for assessment year 20 21
