donation made to AOP....CAN we claim deduction under chapter 6a...

No, unless the organization is registered under sec. 12A and obtained permission to get donation u/s. 80G IT act.
@ dhirajlal....... i can see only see reg. no. 56/2017 on receipt of dontion apart frm genrral info like amt,donor etc....how can i know whether registered under sec 12a or not......
Check at the bottom for any exemption under sec. 80G.
or ask the Donee for any exemption availability for the donation given.
