Our company is registered in Delhi under GST and our Supplier is in Rajasthan.
We want to buy materials from our Rajasthan Supplier and want him to deliver the materials directly at Mumbai Port for further export on our invoice.
Is above transaction is possible under Bill to Ship to model under GST Act

Refer section 11(b) of IGST Act for Export of goods
If the location of supplier is in India and Location of the recipient is also in India However the goods are supplied outside India then then the place of supply would be the location outside India.
