Domestic black money
Is it possible for the Government to trace and collect the black money which is within India?

yes.. it is more likely possible than to collect money from outside india... the only thing is people support required... like we had seen in any movie named "Shivaji" of rajnikant
if the public supports na... surely anything can b done in india.... after all we are over 125 crores
