CS is not much harder because many of the subjects you might have already covered in CWA. You may consider doing IFRS Diploma from International institute like ACCA or from ICAI, if not possible. IFRS learned people will have demand in future and this diploma will helps you, if possible learn XBRL filing too. Moreover, as you are CWA qualified, you gets exemption from certain subjects in CS Exe/Professional Courses as per the mutual recognition between these two Institutes.

Sir,

If you are not inclined to pursue legal qualification then you may consider taking advantage of various MOUs that have been entered into by ICWAI. However for that you need to be an associate member of ICWAI (except for CIMA).

Sir,

Please go through details of exemptions available for cs cources.

Practicle papers and even all trainings are exempt for CWA Student.

So u have to appear for 4 papers of executice course and 6 papers of professinal course.

Whereas as u say ur working with listed company, if ur profile is in line with leagl or secretarial work then it will become more easy for you to clear all the groups.

CS is not too difficult..But Yes you have hard work for it.

All the very best.

yes
