Does my supplies comes under zero rated, exempted or taxable

I buy Goods one state(Taxable CGST 2.5% and SGST 2.5%) and sell globally to individual buyers. Payments  are received by Paypal or bank transfers.

Is this mode considered as export  and what are my liabilities as a tax payer?

If not exports am I liable to pay double taxes. I don't charge any taxes from my buyers.

Any inputs would be highly appreciated.

MR Niranjan first of all u need to get registered yourself under GST act bcz u r making inter state supply under sec 24 of CGST act. then you can claim first ITC on sec 18. and then follow sec 16 and sec 17 for ITC. u can enjoy refund of ITC on export following sec 54.
thank you
